Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- In the event of a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Average Delivery Time: 4–12 business days.
- Note: Shipping times may be affected by high demand for specific items or holiday schedules.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Homera Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Liability
Homera Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Return Policy
Prescription Products Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. Consequently, all sales are final.
